Yet, while many desire to study abroad and expand their worldview, cost is often a deterrent. This is where the World Affairs Council of Jacksonville’s Ambassador Marilyn McAfee Scholarship comes into play. The Ambassador Marilyn McAfee Scholarship is awarded each year to undergraduate and graduate students with outstanding academic performance and career aspirations in international business, public policy, foreign affairs, or military service.

But, through the World Affairs Council’s Ambassador Marilyn McAfee Scholarship, each country will now be home to a university student from the First Coast. The Ambassador Marilyn McAfee Scholarship is awarded to undergraduate and graduate students with outstanding academic performance and career aspirations in international business, public policy, foreign affairs, or military service.
